Our essential aim was to contribute to the development of a better match between education, training and employment, by creating a space for discussion, exchange of information and transfer of expertise between Socrates projects and policy/decision makers.
Therefore we tried to:

create a space of dialogue, exchange of expertise and pooling of experience between centralized projects (i.e. Grundtvig, Minerva, Lingua) dealing with employability,

help projects improve their management and valorisation strategy by networking and shared expertise,

compile a list of models (developed within the monitored projects) to increase employability and the adaptability of educational institutions,

on this basis, formulate recommendations for policy makers and institutions in education.
