Noema-CMI Oy would be interested in participating in your LLP related project proposals such as Leonardo, Comenius, and Grundtvig and we would offer your proposal a strong Finnish partner with extensive experiences from participation in many vocational development projects, education and training projects, as well as international and European structural change projects.

Our specialty is in effective grass-root/regional and practical development and implementation of vocational training, enterprise development, on-line learning, flexible working, and virtual organization/network building. We have experiences from both large and medium-scale community development, rural development, inter-cultural and special needs initiatives, and we have successfully implemented the ‘change catalyst’ and development promoter roles in such initiatives.

We are at present involved in a range of Finnish and Scandinavian competence development, social and educational networks that will among other provide a valuable base for analysis, testing, and comparative studies as well as experiences in terms of dissemination and valorization also for your project proposals.

Recently we have also put substantial attention to production of informal learning services for different groups in the society, both in form of conventional learning opportunities as well as online, e-learning, social media and mobile and game-based learning designed specifically for either the younger generations, for professionals as well as elder people who need to be supported in their entry into the Information Society and all what that implies in terms on using public sector and community-based e-services.
